Opened in 2023, our campus is designed for the exploration and development of best practices for future psychedelic therapies. With differentiated treatment rooms and versatile group spaces, the campus also serves as a hub for immersive education programs and workshops accommodating over 70 attendees. Usona's sustainably designed campus integrates innovative infrastructure, efficient energy systems and practices, and durable materials, showcasing a commitment to environmental stewardship and minimal waste.

Our Team
In 2023, we continued to make investments in our team and support systems to enable future growth. We expanded the breadth and depth of our expertise with key hires in roles such as – regulatory affairs, clinical operations, communications, events, and medicinal chemistry.
Quality Assurance
The Usona Quality Assurance (QA) team played a pivotal role in strengthening Usona’s Quality Management System (QMS) that help further the mission and vision of Usona Institute. The results of these efforts were instrumental in helping achieve the highest levels of quality in Usona’s QMS, ultimately contributing to a remarkable year.
Key Highlights:
Proactively ensured highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and safety protocols
Upheld Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Worked collaboratively with Usona’s functional teams on several initiatives to embed quality, accountability, and best practices into Usona’s culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement

Inspired by established systems, our QA team strives to leverage these processes, enhancing them to guarantee that our team members possess the requisite education, training, and experience for success.
In 2024 we will look to:
Improve the Usona vendor audit management system
Refine Usona’s EtQ document control
Enhance Usona's training program by creating specialized modules tailored to the distinct roles and responsibilities of Usona team members
